Q: How can I cancel or modify my order?
A: To cancel a scheduled flower order send an email to amy@thegardenhouseva.com. Orders that are canceled or modified within 72 hours of the delivery date may be ineligible for a refund.

Q: What if I want to place a large A La Carte Wedding order for an event, but I’m not sure of the exact number of arrangements I want?
A: We recommend placing an order for the minimum of what you would like and placing an additional order later when you decide what you’d like to add. This is to avoid over-ordering and not being eligible for a refund. If we can help guide this process, please don't hesitate to reach out via email to amy@thtegardenhouseva.com

Q: How far in advance do I need to place a large A La Carte Wedding order ($250+)?
A: We recommend a minimum of 14 days in advance for larger flower orders for $250+
Q: Can I make special requests?
A: Drive By flowers works diligently to create unique, stunning flower arrangements. Because we source our flowers locally, each arrangement is always dependent upon flower availability and seasonality. We are happy to accommodate specific color palettes if at all possible but will reserve the right to provide a substitute if absolutely necessary. As such, we can’t guarantee specific flowers or colors. To make a request to include or omit certain flowers or colors, please use the “Add a Note” section in the checkout process, or just send us an email to amy@thegardenhouseva.com.

Q: Do you do flower subscriptions?
A: Yes! Please check out drivebyflowers.com to sign up for your subscription. Use our flower subscriptions as the perfect bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, or friend gift, or sign yourself up for flowers to consistently brighten up your home or workspace!

Q: How can I make changes to my subscription?
A: Login to your online account, where you’ll be able to manage all of your subscription information. From here, you are able to change the charge/billing date (which is the same day as your delivery or pickup), skip your next subscription, or cancel. Please make changes at least 72 hours in advance.

Q: Do you offer shipping, or deliver outside the Warrenton, VA area?
A: Currently we offer delivery for your event within a 15-mile radius of Warrenton, VA, and for delivery beyond this radius, we can create a custom delivery quote for you based on mileage from our radius. Please send us an email to request a quote amy@drivebyflowersva.com.

Q: Where do you get your flowers?
A: We work hard to build relationships with local growers in our region. We source deliberately in concentric circles of nearness to us. This means we begin with our flower farmer friends in Fauquier county and then move to surrounding counties. From there, we source within the regions of DC, MD, and VA. Beyond these circles, we source American Grown whenever needed, specifically during the winter months, for holidays, special events, or weddings. We also are lucky to have a small plot of land where we grow our own homegrown flowers.
Q: When am I eligible for cash/credit card refund?
A: ONLY when a flower order cancellation request is made within 48 hours of your order placement

Q: When am I no longer eligible for any sort of refund?
A: Your cancellation request is placed less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Q: If I need to cancel my order, how do I do that?

Ordering with The Garden House (A La Carte Orders):
Fresh Material
While we can’t always guarantee certain flowers, colors, varieties, sizes or quantities, The Garden House will always make every effort to match what we have with what you request. However, we reserve the right to substitute at the sole discretion of The Garden House for a product of similar quality and value, in the event that mother nature does not cooperate.
Once our fresh flowers leave our hands, The Garden House is no longer responsible for floral arrangements and cannot be held responsible for items damaged thereafter.
Force Majeure
The Garden House will happily refund all payments with the exception of a deposit in full in the event that it cannot perform contracted services for any reason, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties.
Flower Substitutions
The Garden House reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Each arrangement is subject to flower availability and season.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Just let us as soon as you can and we’ll be in touch to let you know how we can help. For A La Carte wedding orders, please give us a minimum of two weeks notice if you need to cancel your order or need a refund.

Rejected Delivery
If you place an order and it is refused on-site, whatever the reason, The Garden House will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the this decision.

Quality
If an order is delivered, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact The Garden House to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. We will not provide a refund or replacement in the event that flowers or vessels are damaged due to improper flower care on the part of the recipient.
